Raising the Right Terms and Conditions

By joining our community, participating in our groups, attending events, submitting content, or using any of our programs and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Who We Are
Raising the Right is a private community and organization created to connect conservative families who are committed to raising the next generation of patriots grounded in faith, freedom, and family values. We are not a political party, campaign, or lobbying organization.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join or participate. The Services are intended for parents, guardians, and adults raising children. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Community Rules & Conduct
You agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and civility

  • Keep discussions focused on family, parenting, conservative values, faith, freedom, and patriotism

  • Not post, share, or promote content that is illegal, violent, obscene, pornographic, harassing, defamatory, or spam

  • Not share personal contact information (phone numbers, home addresses, etc.) of yourself or others without their clear consent

  • Not solicit money, recruit for other organizations, or advertise products/services without express written permission from Raising the Right

  • Not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove content, warn members, suspend, or permanently remove anyone who violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

4. User Content & Responsibility
Any content you post, upload, or share (text, photos, videos, comments, etc.) remains your responsibility. By posting, you grant Raising the Right a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share within the community, and archive that content in connection with operating the Services. You represent that you own or have permission to share anything you post.

5. No Professional Advice
The information, resources, discussions, and advice shared in our community (including book lists, parenting tips, event ideas, etc.) are for general informational and supportive purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, educational, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your family.

6. Events & Programs
Participation in any Raising the Right event, camp, challenge, or program is voluntary. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors in your care. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation.

7. Intellectual Property
The name “Raising the Right,” our logo, taglines, graphics, and original materials created by the organization are our property. You may not use them for commercial purposes or in ways that imply endorsement without written permission.

8. Termination
You may leave the community or stop participating at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raising the Right, its founders, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or participation in the community.10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and note the updated date. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
